FAQs:

We’re a small business and try our best to dispatch all orders on time. Our standard delivery time for most metropolitan cities is 3-4 working days. This is an estimated duration and can vary depending on external factors.

Urgent delivery requests can be catered for all Lahore orders via Careem or Bykea. Please drop us a message on Instagram with your order number incase you wish to opt for this option.

WE LOVE GIFTS! For gift orders please choose Bank transfer as your mode of payment and leave us a message while placing the order.

An item purchased can not be returned or refunded unless there is a VALID manufacturing defect. 

Claim of refund can only be made within 24 hours of receiving the article.  Don’t panic though! We’re more than happy to assist you incase of any such issues by replacing the article (if in stock) or processing a 100% refund. 

Every article comes with a jewellery care card that contains instructions on how to best preserve your article. Happy Shopping!

Here are some pointers to avoid any inconvenience at the time of delivery. 

1. Azra uses a third party courier which means the company is not in direct control of the delivery process beyond the dispatch. 

2. Incase your order qualifies for cash on delivery please make sure to pay only what is mentioned on the parcel. Azra will not be responsible for any additional amount paid to the courier rider beyond what is stipulated.

3. The courier will not be calling any customer at the time of delivery. The purpose of the standardised text is to notify the customer and give a heads up that the order is in transit. Kindly have the exact amount ready. Incase you are not home please handover the amount to someone who is.  

4. The delivery will only be attempted once. For reattempts the customer will be obligated to pay the return + delivery charges again.

5. No delivery will be entertained at offices, hostels, hospitals etc on cash on delivery.
